Since starting in FØN, Sindre has held several management positions, including Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. On July 8, 2024, he stepped into the role of interim CEO.

Extensive experience in major global Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) projects and operations, coupled with a strong background in technology development, asset management and aftermarket services from various positions in GE and Baker Hughes. Holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.

Nikolaj currently servies as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Føn Energy Services. With an extensive background in the wind energy sector, he previously held the role of Director of Offshore Sales, UK & Ireland at Vestas, where he was responsible for managing sales teams and strategies across multiple regions. His expertise spans various areas, including large-scale project sales and commercial strategy in the offshore wind power industry, as demonstrated during his tenure at Siemens Wind Power. Nikolaj holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University, and a Master in Commercial Law from The University of Edinburgh.

Alistair started his career at PwC London, and has since spent many years helping ambitious companies in building robust and scalable finance functions.
In Føn, Alistair currently serves as a Director of Finance and is reponsaible for both day-to-day operations related to this function and longer term development. Alistair holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW in London

As the Director of Corporate Development at Føn, Håkon Torgnes is responsible for overseeing a broad array of strategic initiatives, including Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as commercial and tender operations. 

Before his tenure at Føn, Håkon worked in management consulting, with a focus on the offshore energy sector. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Terje Berg, with over 20 years of leadership in management and sales, has extensive experience in fostering growth and partnerships. Formerly a board member and business owner. In his previous role, he managed international partnerships and led commercial activities, earning a reputation for excellence. Currently, as the Commercial Lead at FØN Energy Services, Terje focuses on driving growth and nurturing client relationships by managing contracts and delivering sustainable solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring success for all parties involved.

Terje Solheim currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Føn Energy Services. With over three decades of experience in roles such as Engineering Manager and Discipline Leader, his expertise includes project management, structural design, and team coordination in the energy sector. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Stavanger Tekniske Fagskole.

As the Head of Workshop at Føn, Mads Hansen oversees all operational aspects of the workshop located in Tananger. 

Mads's workshop experience developed from his start as an industrial mechanic, advancing through the ranks to become the workshop manager. 

He brings 12 years of experience from the offshore industry, primarily in drilling operations, complemented by 6 years in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

Magnus Aarseth, with over 12 years in the oil and gas industry, has held pivotal roles such as project manager at Baker Hughes, managing complex subsea & tie-in projects. As a department manager, he improved team efficiency and operations. Now, as Project Director at Føn Energy Services, he oversees project execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, driving strategic decisions and client solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from BI.
