Since starting in FØN, Sindre has held several management positions, including Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. On July 8, 2024, he stepped into the role of interim CEO.

Extensive experience in major global Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) projects and operations, coupled with a strong background in technology development, asset management and aftermarket services from various positions in GE and Baker Hughes. Holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.

As the Director of Corporate Development at Føn, Håkon Torgnes is responsible for overseeing a broad array of strategic initiatives, including Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as commercial and tender operations. 

Before his tenure at Føn, Håkon worked in management consulting, with a focus on the offshore energy sector. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Terje Berg, with over 20 years of leadership in management and sales, has extensive experience in fostering growth and partnerships. Formerly a board member and business owner. In his previous role, he managed international partnerships and led commercial activities, earning a reputation for excellence. Currently, as the Commercial Lead at FØN Energy Services, Terje focuses on driving growth and nurturing client relationships by managing contracts and delivering sustainable solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring success for all parties involved.

Paul started in 2012 as Commercial Manager for C-Ventus.  Paul currently serves as a Sales Director in our wind division and has built up strong and widespread commercial network in the offshore industry. Paul holds a bachelor in Commercial Engineering and formed his experience by fulfilling a variety of roles within different companies in the Marine Industry.

John holds over 15 years of extensive experience across the heavy industry spectrum, having excelled in engineering, site management, and project management. Additionally, John has demonstrated profound expertise in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), securing multiple leadership roles where he developed and implemented sustainable solutions that align with clients' commercial objectives. John holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Brunel University of London.

Peter started in 2017 as Commercial Manager for C-Ventus. Peter currently serves as a Project Director in our wind division and manages the day-to-day of our entire portfolio of offshore wind projects across the European market. Peter is a Naval Architect and his previous experience comes from various roles in project engineering, works management and commercial roles in the subsea business.

Magnus Aarseth, with over 12 years in the oil and gas industry, has held pivotal roles such as project manager at Baker Hughes, managing complex subsea & tie-in projects. As a department manager, he improved team efficiency and operations. Now, as Project Director at Føn Energy Services, he oversees project execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, driving strategic decisions and client solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from BI.

Terje Solheim currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Føn Energy Services. With over three decades of experience in roles such as Engineering Manager and Discipline Leader, his expertise includes project management, structural design, and team coordination in the energy sector. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Stavanger Tekniske Fagskole.
