We are looking for summer interns in our Project Management Department within our Traditional & Maritime business segment to work closely with senior management on day-to-day core tasks of the company. The position will be based in Stavanger. The ideal start period is June 2024, and we would prefer a candidate that can work full-time throughout June, July and August. For the right candidates, it may be a possibility to extend the position to a part-time or full-time position after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating project tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Manage data entry, document control, and maintain project integrity during its lifecycle while suggesting improvements to existing processes.
• Support quality management by monitoring project activities against standards, addressing non-conformities, and aiding in risk management strategies.
• Contribute to commercial management through order management, financial tracking, forecast and reporting, and managing stakeholder communication and change requests.
• Perform administrative duties including meeting scheduling, minute taking, and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks.
• Utilize problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills to support project performance and development of action plans.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

• Relevant technical or business education
• Good communication skills
• Interest and drive to work in a growth company
• Interest in the energy industry (O&G / Maritime industry / Wind)
